Returns

We believe in our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at shopeliandrai@gmail.com (from the contact page) and let us know how you feel.

We can issue you a refund for items purchased with 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return notice is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return notice. At that time we can offer you a store credit or an exchange.
We are unable to refund the shipping charges.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If there is an issue with our product, we are happy to offer you an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item or one in the same collection just send us an email through our contact page. Take a picture of your item and let us know what happened.
We will happily send you a replacement item at no extra charge.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping 
Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping cost.
